TERMS

No Failed Inspections refers to passing all MEPs & Building on Rough, Top out, and Final. In other words, 3 bonuses per project (if multiple phases/buildings then bonus eligible once final phase/building passes inspections). This bonus is for passing inspections (ideally without any failed inspections), and also requires passed inspections to have been completed within the allotted timeframe. Bonus will be paid after receiving green tag and sending to Dustin along with form above. (Project Manager assigned to job, Superintendent Bonus separate)
Brought New Client means personally introducing business development to a new prospective client not already in our system, and that introduction ultimately resulting in a new project. Bonus will be paid after contract signed and deposit paid by client. (Entire ELITE Team)
Achieved Targeted Profit Margin refers to achieving average gross profit margin of 20%+ across entire project. This amount excludes company overhead. Calculated as Project Gross Profit (Contract Amount minus SubCost) divided by Project Contract Value. Bonus eligible only for person who actually negotiated subcontractors and built estimate amounts for client. Bonus will be paid after contract signed and deposit paid by client. (Estimating & Preconstruction)
Selling the Project means following up with the client, building trust, becoming their point of contact before, during, and after the project, text messaging/calling/emailing with them, and building rapport. Answering all their project questions, making sure they are set up properly within CoreCon’s owner portal, and getting a signed contract all without the involvement of Dustin other than final review of contract. Bonus will be paid after contract signed and deposit paid by client. (Business Development)
If two team members tag team one of the bonus items above, bonus will be split 50/50 between each team member. If one team member was the lead and did the majority of the work, the one who did less can elect for the other one to receive the full bonus.
Bonuses are intended for projects that ELITE is the GC. On any projects awarded to ELITE as a subcontractor, bonus eligibility will be subject to discretion.
