Editing the proposal

  • Insert the Name of the project on the first page

  • Insert their Company or Client information on the first page

  • Insert Your information on the first page

  • Insert their Company Logo above the schedule of values

  • Complete the Proposal with the costs from the spreadsheet

  • Clearly define the scope of work for each trade in the scope clarifications area

  • Add in any exclusions at the bottom

  • Insert the Architect name and date of plans that we bid from under the Terms & Conditions section

  • Add in the amount of the contract under the Terms & Conditions section

  • Ensure the balance of the proposal adds up one more time

  • Save the proposal under the proposal folder within the Google Drive project folder

  • Send client a PDF version

  • Get them to then sign it via DocuSign

  • Or

  • All above information will be populated in the project as we set it up.

  • Complete the CoreCon import template  with the costs from the spreadsheet. Import completed template to CoreCon to create SOV.

  • Clearly define the scope of work (Inclusions & Exclusions) for each trade in the scope clarifications area. Include plans details and date in clarifications.  

  •  This will auto calculate. Ensure template calculation and amount from CoreCon matches. Ensure the balance of the proposal adds up one more time.

  • Upon review with Project Manager and Biz Dev, lock estimate on CoreCon.

  • Share exported pdf proposal with SOV & Clarifications with Biz Dev. Biz Dev to send proposal to client.
