Our ELITE Values are a set of vital and timeless guiding principles that assist us in building a thriving and engaging culture. We hire, fire, reward, and recognize team members based on their alignment with these Values.

All ELITE Team members are expected to hold each other accountable in upholding our Value Pillars, as well as holding all of our Subcontractors accountable to upholding them. We are only as good as our weakest link, individually and as a company. All 5 Value Pillars are mutually dependent on each other, and every Team Member and Subcontractor should uphold all 5 Value Pillars. Missing one Value invalidates all 4 others.

Every person and company will have varying levels of their ability to uphold our Value Pillars, however, if they are repeatedly unable to uphold ONE or more of the 5 Value Pillars, then they are not the right fit and will be removed from our organization.
