Liable
We do what we say we will do.
Being Liable is comprised of 3 different standards:
Reliability, Punctuality, & Responsiveness
Reliability:
Reliability means that others can count on you. In order to be reliable, you must hold yourself accountable to do what you know needs to be done and when it needs to be done. Our philosophy is to always UNDERPROMISE & OVERDELIVER. This is how we maintain strong relationships, by always exceeding expectations.
Punctuality:
Punctuality is a crucial factor when it comes down to being successful.
Showing up on time to meetings and obligations is a must when it comes to being apart of the ELITE Team.
Use your calendar to set appointments and manage your responsibilities on a daily basis to show up on time or early. Being late is a result of poor planning and time management. If you will be late for something outside your control, inform the others ahead of time.
Responsiveness:
Our level of responsiveness is extremely important when working to provide an ELITE experience to our clients.
Our Response Policy
Our team responds to communication from clients, subcontractors, and other members as soon as possible during the workday. Preferably within 10 - 15 minutes, but not more than 12 hours.
If you do not have an answer or are waiting on more details for your response, you still respond to let them know that you are working on resolving the issue. Then make sure to remind yourself to respond so you do not forget:
If Email: Respond, then snooze the email for the next day (or the applicable timeframe)
If Text etc: Respond, then create a reminder to respond so you do not forget
**What is NOT acceptable at any time is to fall off the map. This means not showing up to work without notice, missing the weekly ELITE Team meeting without prior notice, not responding to your manager or other team members for more than a few hours during working hours, etc. Any absence must be notified to your manager well ahead of time (Minimum 24 hours).
‘Falling off the map’ will be met with disciplinary action.
