Our Project Setup List is needed to begin each project succesfully, please use this as your guide.

Our PreConstruction Agreement is sent to client in order for us to begin providing PreConstruction Services. Download this template and edit the necessary fields to send to client.

Our Contract Proposal (Word) is used to prepare our PDF contract proposal to the client. If there will be a larger AIA contract involved, just remove the terms and conditions pages if needed. Send this in PDF format.

The Subcontractor Intake Form is sent to all new subcontractors to qualify them and gather their information. All subcontractors awarded a contract must fill out this form, which is then reviewed by Director of Preconstruction.
